The Check-In Process

Arriving at Hawks PDX

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available. However, there is plenty of free street parking, and multiple bus & Max lines within several blocks of our new location. We are located directly across the street from Montavilla Motel and behind Ramada Inn.
99th avenue is fairly busy at times, so cross with care.

The Check-in process

After entering, the front attendant will take your ID and phone number to set up a customer profile for you. We build these profiles for contact-tracing purposes among other reasons.

A contact number is important in case we are alerted of infection and possible transmission of any diseases while inside Hawks PDX. Your phone number will not be given to anyone, and is purely for contact tracing alone. Your private information will not be given or sold to any 3rd parties other than for contact-tracing.

For all first-time guests and anyone renewing their membership, Hawks will gather your signature on your receipt. By signing, you agree to abide by Hawks PDX rules and policies while inside Hawks. The staff will keep your receipt for the duration of your stay. If you wish to have a copy of your receipt, simply ask for one, and the front attendant can print an extra one for you.

After passing through the lobby and into the club, please immediately remove your shoes, and place them in the grey tub at the Service Desk. Hawks PDX has flip-flops for you to use, free of charge. If you have your own shower shoes, you are welcome to bring them.

If you have any bags, the attendant will need to inspect inside every pocket to prevent banned substances from entering the club. You are free to bring a small bag with some essentials, but please no large bags.

Head to your locker/room

With every locker rental, one towel is included. For additional towels, please see the service desk. There is a fee of $2 per towel. There is no need to bring your own lock as Lockers will already have one, provided by Hawks.

In your room, you will find at least one towel, a locker, and a bed. Each room upgrade comes with increased amenities and better offerings, so don’t just stop at the Basic room. Try each level out, and pick your favorite.

Check-Out Process

Gather your things

When you’re ready to leave, please gather your things and make sure to check all over in case something fell unnoticed.
Hawks PDX does have a Lost & Found, so if you notice something is missing, contact us to see if it has been turned in. If we don’t have anything matching the description that you provide, then we will take your information to contact you later should it turn up.

Got your Key?

Remember, your key required to trade for your shoes back. Wearing the wristband at all times helps avoid losing it. Please turn off the light and lock your locker or room as you’re leaving. This helps us make sure that any items potentially left behind make their way to the rightful owners.

All that is needed at the end of your stay is for you to bring your key to the service desk. Hawks staff will clean up after you, so you don’t have to.

Finished and Serviced

Head to the service desk, get your shoes returned to you after handing in your key, and you are free to go. Once you’ve reached this point, nothing more is required on your end except getting home safe. :)
