CLUB RULES

Check-Out

Check-In. Welcome! Hawks PDX is a private membership club. To enter you must check in at the front desk, be at least 18, be a member or buy a membership, rent a room or a locker, present a valid government-issued ID, allow us to store your ID information, and provide your phone number. 

Acceptable Forms of ID. U.S. state driver’s licenses or ID cards, Canadian and Mexican Consular ID cards, Indigenous Tribal IDs, and all foreign/domestic issued passports are acceptable. We cannot accept any other type of ID.

Consent to Club Rules. When you enter Hawks PDX you agree to abide by these Club Rules, and to inform staff if you observe any violations of these rules, inappropriate behaviors, or unsavory situations.

Check Out. When leaving the club, you must leave a clean room or locker. Take all your personal items with you. Please leave all linens (sheets and towels) in your room upon your departure. This will assist us with maintaining our housekeeping. Return keys and locks clean and oil/grease free to the front desk when checking out. Leaving an excessively dirty, oily/greasy room, locker, or public space may result in assessment of a cleaning fee of up to $100.

Prohibited
Items

Discovery of prohibited items in your possession during a bag check or during your stay at the club may result in being ejected or temporarily or permanently banned from the club. The following are prohibited items:

  1. NO Large Bags. This includes suitcases, luggage, or backpacks.

  2. NO Weapons. This includes concealed carry.

  3. NO Alcohol or Recreational Drugs.  This includes open or sealed containers of alcohol. Non-marijuana recreational drug paraphernalia are not allowed. Exception: Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia, cigarettes, and vapes are allowed in the club, but may only be used in designated outside areas.

  4. NO Pharmaceuticals Without Rx. No prescription drugs are allowed without the accompanying prescription. This includes pills, liquids, and syringes.

  5. NO Illegal or Suspicious Items. This includes unlabeled powders or liquids, multiple open containers or bottles, and saline solution bottles.

  6. NO Outside Food or Drinks. No food or beverages from outside the club are allowed.

  7. NO Animals. Animals are not allowed inside the club.

Absolutely No:

  • Fragrances

  • Facial or Body Cosmetics (including Recent Spray Tans)

  • Temporary Hair Dye or Recently Dyed Hair

Since opening on September 2 of 2022, we have had to dispose of five regular towels and two extra large towels at a total cost of over $100 due to damages caused by temporary hair dye and cosmetics.

Please help us to accommodate our co-workers and clients who are chemically sensitive to fragrances and/or dyes and cosmetics. Thank you for not wearing perfume, after shave, scented hand lotion, fragranced hair products, dyes and cosmetics and/or similar products.

Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in being ejected from the club; temporarily or permanently banned from the club; calling appropriate authorities; and liability for any damages:

  1. NO Dangerous Behavior. This includes violent, hostile, threatening, disruptive, or illegal behavior.

  2. NO Theft or Destruction of Club or Personal Property. This includes hanging from any exposed pipe, conduit, rafter or beam. Violators of this rule will be permanently banned from the club and held liable for damages.

  3. NO Outdoor Footwear or Street Clothes.

  4. Permissible Footwear and Clothing. No outdoor footwear (including fetish shoes, high heels, boots, and tennis shoes) is allowed in the club, and must be checked upon arrival. Bare feet and clean flip flops or shower shoes from home are allowed. Flip flops of various sizes are available for sale at the front desk. Street clothes are not allowed to be worn in the club. Allowable attire includes nudity, jockstraps, the towels provided by the club, or chosen fetish gear. 

  5. NO Harassment, Abuse, or Bullying. This includes racist, homophobic, gender-shaming, body-shaming, transphobic, and all other harassing, abusive, or bullying behaviors. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave for the day, and may be permanently banned.

  6. NO Sexual Harassment. Please feel free to approach someone to whom you are attracted. However, you must respect that person’s decision if they decline. If someone says NO, leave the situation. NO means NO. This includes unwanted or unsolicited touching. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave for the day and may be permanently banned.

  7. NO Sex with On-duty Staff. Staff are here to work. Give them a break!

  8. NO Prostitution. Prostitution is illegal and is strictly forbidden in the club. Violators of this rule will be permanently banned from the club.

  9. NO Alcohol or Recreational Drug Use. This includes solicitation to buy alcohol, recreational drugs, or drug paraphernalia. Exception: Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia, cigarettes, and vapes are allowed in the club, but may only be used in designated outside areas.

  10. NO Smoking or Vaping Inside. No smoking or vaping of anything is allowed inside the club. Please feel free to smoke on our outdoor patio.

  11. NO Sleeping in Public Areas. Please confine sleeping to your room.

  12. NO Photo or Video Devices in Public Areas. Photographic or recording devices (including mobile devices and smart phones) are not permitted in the public areas of the club. Discreet use of your mobile device is permitted in your room and at your locker.

  13. NO Photography or Video-recording. Photography or video-recording is not permitted anywhere in the club. You agree to turn over your device upon demand by the attendant to verify that videos or photos were not taken.

  14. NO Spa Rules Violations. No one may violate the Spa Rules (posted next to the spa).

Additional Rules & Information

Hawks PDX Held Harmless. Walmor LLC dba Hawks PDX and its members and Equacorp LLC and its members are not liable and will be held harmless for any loss, personal injury, or death resulting from use or misuse of the facility or from any potential exposure to sexually transmitted and/or communicable infections (including but not limited to HIV and COVID-19) or from any actions between consenting adults within this facility. We value safer sex and the health of our members. Free condoms are available throughout the club. Masks are optional. Updated COVID-19 and Monkeypox Virus vaccinations are highly encouraged.

Denial of Entry or Refusal of Service.  You will be denied entry if you are banned, too intoxicated to be safe or in control of yourself, owe us money from previous visits, or exhibit unsafe, abusive or suspicious behavior. We reserve the right to deny entry and/or refuse service to anyone.

Room and Locker Rentals. Room and locker limits are 16 hours maximum in a 24-hour period. Overtime charges begin when your paid time is over and you have not checked out or renewed, are due when incurred, and must be paid before entering the club again. There are no in-and-out privileges.

Lost and Stolen Items, Lost Keys and Locks. Hawks PDX is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. You must ensure your property is secured in your room or locker. Please use the room keys or locker padlock provided by the front desk. Use of personal locks is not allowed. Lost key and lock fees are due when incurred and must be paid before entering the club again. We are glad to hold on to anything valuable in our safe during your visit. Please see the attendant.

Bags and Inspections. Only fanny packs, small personal toy bags, or small shoulder bags are allowed in the club, so please bring just the essentials. Food, drinks, lube, apparel and accessories are also available for purchase inside the club. All bags will be thoroughly inspected by staff upon entry. Anyone refusing a bag search will be denied entry.
