Unwind into stillness with our weekly Naked Yin Yoga class in the Hawks courtyard. This all-gender, body-positive practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore long, restorative postures that open space in both body and mind. Yin focuses on connective tissues, joints, and fascia—supporting balance, calm, and presence.
This class is fully nude and open to every body, whether you’re new to yoga or a longtime practitioner. Mats are provided, or bring your own if you prefer. Come as you are, stretch as you can, and leave feeling grounded, open, and connected.
